We recommend 3-6 weeks for most events. Events requiring custom branding need at least 2-3 weeks for production lead time.

Yes! We regularly support multi-day corporate conferences and activations. A discount is applied for multiple days booked.

We primarily serve Montgomery & Bucks counties and travel throughout Southeastern PA, including Philadelphia, Chester County, and Delaware County. A mileage-based travel fee is included in your custom proposal.

Our mobile cart fits through standard doorways to easily move indoors. For outdoor events, a covered, level area (like a tent or pavilion) is required to protect the equipment.

We can fit almost anywhere, but need at least a 6' by 5' space for the bar and barista(s). Some bars may require one dedicated 15-amp circuit.
